Watching that vote was such an amazing experience. It was like, finally -- something good happened in America. And it was Republicans that passed it. My head is still spinning. I wrote about this on my blog today, too.
It was very exciting watching Rachel Maddow Friday night while the vote was being taken. I wasn't sure NY would be up for this, but they finally came through. Today will be a proud day for the people participating in New York's Gay Pride/Victory parade.
