I wish I had all the time in the world to read books, especially those that feature LGBT+ characters, but alas, I do not. However, I thought I could try (every now and then) to post about reviews I've seen around that DO feature LGBT+ characters for your perusal. Some of these books may be ones I've reviewed on here already or that I
will review, but it never hurts to get varying thoughts!
Carry On by Rainbow Rowell - reviewed by The Social Potato
What We Left Behind by Robin Talley - reviewed by One Way or An Author
Willfull Machines by Tim Floreen - reviewed by Books for a Delicate Eternity
Postcards from No Man's Land by Aidan Chambers- reviewed by Read All the Things!
Have you read any of these? If not, do you want too?
I haven't read any of those books you listed, although I've heard about the author Rainbow Rowell. I read some LBGT books now and then, but don't go consciously looking for them.
ReplyDeleteI haven't heard of any of those books. It is nice of you to highlight those reviewers.
ReplyDeleteI really want to read Carry On and What We Left Behind. I haven't heard of the other two though.
ReplyDeleteSo cool of you to share these reviews. Gotta love blog love!
ReplyDeleteI have to read Rainbow Rowell - everyone seems to love her writing, so there must be something to it, right? :D I think it's a great idea to post links to other people's reviews, as it makes it possible to form an educated opinion about certain titles. Great post!
ReplyDeleteCARRY ON.
ReplyDeleteSObs, I need a job that pays me to read and write reviews all day. Srsly.
